用超算互联网平台下载的xtuner是0.1.18版本
用的国内autodl下载的版本只能到0.1.11 使用哪个源可以下载到高版本的

另外无论用超算互联网平台和autodl下载的fastchat版本都是0.1.0，使用哪个源可以下载到0.2.35

版本应该和python版本相关，一般源不会限制最新版本。
