哪位能帮忙解释一下 这个归一化处理的这些参数是怎么计算的？我听课上说是根据训练集得来的，那就是说这些数值 在用同一个数据集的前提下是不变的，那如果换了训练的数据集，这些值怎么计算呢？有既定的方法可以调用么？
