环境： windows版 docker --OK
关于3.2.2. 安装fastgpt 这一节中， 需要下载两个文件 一个是config.json. 一个是docker-compose.yml；

问题：
1、这个config.json.在什么环境下下载？在docker里吗？ 下载这个配置文件放到哪里？
2、docker-compose.yml教案中只提供了下载网址，应该使用时什么命令，在什么环境，下载到哪里？

  1. 本地下载；随便新建一个目录放进去。
  2. docker-compose.yml跟config.json放一起。
  3. 使用时在cmd里面，先到这个目录下，然后执行命令
