fastgpt开启“猜你想问”，实现自动推荐提示问题，界面上没有找到可配置的模型，后台直接提示llama-3.1-instruct该令牌无权使用模型

  1. image在oneapi中的令牌界面，点击复制然后将搜索框中的令牌复制到fastgpt配置文件中的CHAT_API_KEY中
  2. 在oneapi令牌界面，点击编辑进入如下图所示界面，将llama-3.1-instruct添加进去image

@21373287560cs 主要我想使用其他模型，而非llama-3.1-instruct，不开启“猜你想问”没问题，开启了就报这个错，感觉在哪默认了llama-3.1-instruct，想调整下
