1.在云服务器上通过docker部署的oneapi，在物理机不能通过http://183.223.25.17:3030进入，请老师帮忙解答原因及解决方法，顺便告诉后续oneapi设置的IP及端口。说明183.223.25.17是云南服务器的公网IP
2. 若·在本地物理机上部署oneapi，可通过http://localhost:3030/访问，那我该通过什么路径去访问在云服务器上部署的模型呢，然后才能通过nextchat进行访问呢，在这个过程中，仍然需要打隧道吗
你可以先测试在云服务器上使用本地ip访问openapi，然后再在云服务器上使用公网ip访问oneapi，以此排查问题。
